Anna Tendera

About

A voice like velvet,
a stage like home.

Anna Tendera sings jazz and chanson the way others tell stories — warm, close and with a twinkle in her eye. Her velvety voice takes audiences on a journey they won't soon forget.

She first stepped onto a stage at the age of four — and has never quite left it since. Three seasons at a Polish theatre awakened her love of chanson. Then came an invitation to debut at the renowned festival in Opole, for many young singers the leap into the spotlight.

Anna Tendera chose a different path. She moved to Vienna to study jazz singing at the Franz Schubert Conservatory, and only a few months later she was on stage with her own band. Since then she has delighted audiences across Europe — at galas, corporate events and concerts.

Whether solo, with a flexible band or with a big band, her repertoire ranges from the great jazz standards and swing to chanson, soul and pop songs in stripped-back, intimate arrangements. Every evening becomes a personal experience — with elegance, temperament and a whole lot of heart.
